Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transaction & Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the service. After this point, the user may cancel the transaction only if it is specifically provided for on the platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the platform.

We retain full discretion in approving any cancellation requests and may ask for additional details before processing the request.

Refund Policy

Once you have received the service, you may request a return only if the service does not match the description mentioned on the platform.

  • Any return request must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction, or within the time period prescribed on the platform, which shall be no less than three days.
  • Users can submit a refund request by raising a support ticket or by contacting us at business@artboardacademy.com.
  • The request must include a clear and specific reason for the refund, stating the exact terms that have been violated. Supporting evidence may be required.

The approval of a return request will be determined at our sole discretion. We may ask for additional details before making a final decision.

If approved, refund will get credited into your registered bank account within 7-14 working days
